DDD IQ ("DDD", "we", "us", or "our") is a decision intelligence platform that helps individuals make data-driven decisions across real estate, finance, career, fitness, and other domains. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our service at ddd-iq.com and any related subdomains.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Account information (via social sign-in)

When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from those providers. We do not receive or store your social media password.

Decision inputs

When you run a decision model, you provide structured inputs (numbers, choices, priorities). We store these inputs along with your results so you can review them later.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and product improvement.

Email address

If you request access or sign up for waitlist notifications, we collect your email. We use Resend to deliver transactional emails (invite links, sign-in links, notifications).

Invite data

If a member invites you, we store a temporary invite token linked to your email address. This token is deleted once you create an account.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session
• To run AI-powered decision models on your inputs using the Anthropic Claude API
• To store and display your past decision runs in your account history
• To send transactional emails (invite links, magic sign-in links)
• To credit and track points earned through invites and referrals
• To detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

We do not use your inputs or decision history to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. AI Processing

Decision model runs are processed using the Anthropic Claude API. Your inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate analysis. Anthropic's API usage is governed by their Privacy Policy. We do not include personally identifying information in prompts beyond what you explicitly enter.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers — Anthropic (AI processing), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider (Render). Each is bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DDD IQ or its users.
• Business transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with prior notice to you.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We also use localStorage in your browser to remember that you are a returning member so we can show you the correct sign-in view. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Decision run data may be retained in anonymized form for product improvement purposes.

8. Your Rights

Your profile page shows everything we store about you: your name, email, points balance, and decision run history. From there you can update your name and review your runs at any time.

You can delete your account directly from your profile page. Deleting your account removes your email address and disconnects all associated data. If you need further assistance, you can reach us at the address below.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit and store passwords using industry-standard hashing (though we primarily use passwordless social and magic-link sign-in). Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.

No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

10. Children's Privacy

DDD IQ is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of DDD IQ after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
