1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DDD IQ ("DDD", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including invited members and guests.

2. What DDD IQ Does

DDD IQ is a decision intelligence platform. You provide inputs — numbers, priorities, and context — and our models apply structured analysis, weighted scoring, and AI processing to produce a recommendation. The goal is to help you think more clearly about a decision, not to make the decision for you.

Models are available across domains including real estate, career, finance, fitness, and small business. New models are added regularly.

3. Disclaimer — Not Professional Advice

Model outputs are informational only. DDD IQ is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, doctor, real estate agent, or any other regulated professional. Nothing generated by the platform should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Every model run is built on assumptions. These assumptions are visible to you within the model and can be edited before you run it. You are responsible for reviewing all assumptions and ensuring they reflect your actual situation. A recommendation derived from incorrect or outdated inputs may be misleading.

Before making any significant financial, legal, health, or business decision, consult a qualified professional who can account for your full circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DDD IQ and its operators shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of or reliance on any model output, recommendation, or content on this platform.

This includes, without limitation, financial losses, missed opportunities, incorrect decisions, or outcomes that differ from what a model suggested. You use DDD IQ at your own risk, and all decisions and their consequences remain your responsibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability. Where such laws apply, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted.

5. Your Responsibilities

By using DDD IQ you agree to:

• Provide accurate inputs — model quality depends entirely on what you enter
• Review all assumptions before accepting a recommendation
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share access
• Not use the platform on behalf of others without their knowledge

6. Account Access & Invites

DDD IQ is currently invite-only. Access is granted through a personal invite link sent to your email address by an existing member. Invite links are single-use and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to revoke access for any account that violates these terms, abuses the invite system, or engages in behavior that harms other users or the platform.

7. Points

DDD IQ awards points for actions such as signing up and inviting friends. You can purchase additional points at any time. You can spend points on running/editing decision models. We reserve the right to adjust, expire, or discontinue the points system at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, models, software, and design on DDD IQ are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

The inputs you provide remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating your model output.

9. Third-Party Services

DDD IQ uses third-party services to operate:

• Google, Apple — social sign-in authentication
• Anthropic Claude — AI processing of decision model inputs
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Render — cloud hosting and infrastructure

Your use of DDD IQ is also subject to the terms of these providers where applicable. We are not responsible for their conduct or service availability.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

Upon account deletion, your email and personal data are removed. Any remaining points will be forfeited. Anonymized, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for product improvement.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of DDD IQ after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DDD IQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
